He studied linguistics and journalism at UCLA but learned more about Jesus and hte Great Commission than anything else while a member of Grace Community Church. After college, Neill moved back to Jackson with a clearer motivation to be a disciple-making disciple of Jesus Christ, which he loves ot do by leading Cornerstone in psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs. Beside singing with the church, Neill is thankful to be married to Anika and looking forward to teaching his three young daughters how to walk through the wilderness with a backpack.

He was pursued by faithful men who discipled and poured into him, and now serves in the labor and outreach ministries. Todd and his wife met out here in Jackson and have two daughters.
